- 20 ml Ketchup (drizzled after baking, optional)
Instructions
Activate Yeast
In a small bowl combine warm water, sugar and yeast. Stir gently and let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

Make Dough
In a large mixing bowl add flour, salt, olive oil and the activated yeast mixture. Knead by hand for about 8 minutes until smooth and elastic.

First Rise
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let the dough rest in a warm place for 20 minutes.

Prepare Pizza Sauce
