- 8 pieces Medjool Dates (pitted and roughly chopped)

- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence (pure vanilla essence for flavor)
Instructions
Soak Cashew Nuts
Place 1 cup raw cashew nuts in a bowl, cover with water and let soak for at least 4 hours or overnight. Drain before using.
