- 200 grams Red Lentil Pasta (Spiral) (dry weight, gluten‑free)
Instructions
Preheat Oven
Set the oven to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat while you prepare the ingredients.

Prep Ingredients
Rinse the cherry tomatoes. Lightly smash the garlic cloves with the flat side of a knife, leaving the skins on. Chop the fresh basil. Cut the vegan feta block into a small square that will fit in the center of the baking dish.
