- 1 cup Mushrooms (sliced; shiitake or button mushrooms work)
- 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil (toasted sesame oil for nutty flavor)
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded low‑moisture mozzarella)
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
- 2 packets Ramen Seasoning Packets (included with the ramen; use both the salty and spicy packets)
Instructions
Hard‑boil the eggs
Place the eggs in a small pot, cover with cold water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes. Transfer to ice water for 2 minutes, peel, and set aside.
