- 2 medium Wood Apple (Bel) (fresh, washed, pulp extracted with spoon)
- 1 liter Water (cold)
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt (pinch, enhances flavor)
- 3 tablespoons Granulated Sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup Ice Cubes (crushed or cubed)
Instructions
Wash the wood apples
Rinse the wood apples under running water, scrubbing gently to remove any dirt or residue.

Cut and scoop the pulp
Using a sharp knife, cut each wood apple in half and scoop out the soft pulp with a spoon, discarding the hard seeds.

Mash the pulp
Place the pulp in the mixing bowl and mash it with a little water until it becomes a smooth, pourable mixture.
