Soften Wonton Wrappers
Fill a shallow bowl with warm water. Quickly dip each wonton wrapper in the water (about 2‑3 seconds) to soften, then lay them flat on a clean kitchen towel.
Time: PT3M
Assemble the Lasagna
In the baking/steaming dish, place a layer of softened wonton wrappers, brush lightly with a bit of the sauce, then spread a thin layer of the sauce mixture over the wrappers. Repeat the layers (wrapper → sauce) until all wrappers are used, finishing with a wrapper on top.

Time: PT2M
Temperature: 100°C
Steam / Boil the Lasagna
Place the assembled dish into a large pot with a lid. Add about 1‑2 inches of water to the pot (the water should not touch the dish). Cover and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and steam for 20 minutes.
