- 0.25 cup Green Chili (finely chopped, seeds removed)
- 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 0.5 cup Whole Milk
- 1 can Evaporated Milk (12 oz can, full‑fat)

- 1 cup Pepper Jack Cheese (shredded)

Instructions
