- 8 oz Cream Cheese (room temperature, any brand)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced fine)
- 1/4 cup Scallions (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1/2 tsp Salt (to taste)
- 1 tbsp Seltzer Water (add gradually, 1 tbsp at a time)
Instructions
Soften Cream Cheese
Remove the 8 oz block of cream cheese from the fridge, break it into pieces and let it sit at room temperature until soft, then smooth it out in the mixing bowl.

Peel and finely mince the two garlic cloves, then add them to the softened cream cheese.
