- 200 g Feta Cheese (full‑fat block, firm)
- 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes (halved optional)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil (extra‑virgin recommended)
- 3 cloves Garlic (peeled, left whole)
- 0.5 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional for heat)
- 0.25 cup Fresh Basil (torn, added at the end)

Set the oven to 400°F (200°C) and let it fully preheat.

Arrange Ingredients in Baking Dish
Place the block of feta in the center of a 9×13‑inch baking dish. Scatter the cherry tomatoes and whole garlic cloves around the cheese. Drizzle olive oil over everything and sprinkle with red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
