- 3 cloves Fresh Garlic (minced)
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil (extra‑virgin)
- 200 g Feta Cheese (full block, kept whole until baking)
- 1 tsp Salt (to taste)
- ½ tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- ½ tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (optional for heat)
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano (Italian oregano preferred)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
- 8 oz Pasta (short pasta such as penne or rigatoni)

Preheat Oven
Set the oven to 400°F (200°C) and let it fully preheat while you prepare the ingredients.

Assemble Ingredients in Baking Dish
Place the halved cherry tomatoes and minced garlic in a 9×13‑inch baking dish. Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil, then set the whole block of feta in the center. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the feta and season everything with salt, pepper, red‑pepper flakes, oregano, and a pinch of parsley.
