- 1 packet Instant Ramen Noodles (only the noodle block, discard seasoning packets)
- 2 cups Hot Broth or Water (use hot water or chicken/vegetable broth)
- 1/4 cup Shredded Cheese (any meltable cheese such as cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Onion (diced, white or yellow onion)
- 1 piece Lime (fresh juice, about 1 tablespoon)
Instructions
Prepare the Ramen Bowl
Remove the lid about halfway and discard both seasoning packets, leaving only the noodle block inside the bowl.

Heat the Broth
Bring 2 cups of water or broth to a boil in a saucepan or kettle.

Cook Noodles and Meat
