- 2 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- 2 piece Chicken Breast (about 1 lb total, cut into bite‑size pieces)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil (extra‑virgin recommended)
- 1 tsp Salt (to taste)
- 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- 0.25 cup Fresh Basil (packed, roughly torn)
- 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
- 0.5 cup Reserved Pasta Water (starchy water saved from boiling pasta)

Set the oven to 425°F (220°C) and let it preheat while you prepare the ingredients.

Prep Ingredients
Halve the cherry tomatoes, cut the chicken breasts into bite‑size pieces, and roughly tear the fresh basil.

Assemble Roasting Pan
Spread the halved tomatoes in a single layer on the large baking pan, place the two Boursin packs on top, drizzle generously with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
