- 50 g Honey (about 2 tbsp)
- 1 pc Lemon Zest (zest of 1 lemon)
- 50 ml Soy Sauce (light soy sauce)
- 2 pc Tomatoes (diced)
- 20 g Parsley (fresh, chopped)
- 1 pc Red Onion (sliced thin)
- 2 pc Green Bell Pepper (sliced)
- 2 tsp Salt (adjust to taste)
- 3 g Black Pepper (ground, for final seasoning)
- 20 ml Olive Oil (extra virgin)
- 10 ml Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)

Prepare Ingredients
Measure all ingredients, zest the lemon, mince the garlic, dice the tomatoes, slice the red onion and green peppers, and chop the parsley. Set aside in separate bowls.

Place the chicken wings in a large pot, add 1 L of water, bring to a boil, and cook for 4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
