- 2 cups Ricotta Cheese
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
- 8 ounces Fresh Mozzarella (sliced)
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)

Prepare Vegetables
Chop the onion and red bell pepper, mince the garlic, slice the mushrooms, thinly slice the zucchini with a peeler, and chop the fresh basil.
