- 2 tablespoon Unsalted Butter (melted)
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt (optional, to taste)
Instructions
Measure and Dry Kernels
Measure 1 cup of sweet corn kernels and spread them on a clean kitchen towel; pat dry to ensure they are completely moisture‑free.
Time: PT2M
Add Food Coloring
Place the dry kernels into the empty chamber of the hand‑crank twister. Add 5 drops of red food coloring and 5 drops of orange/yellow food coloring directly onto the kernels.

Time: PT3M
Temperature: ~190°C (if using an electric twister that heats) or room temperature for manual twister
Season with Butter and Salt
Immediately transfer the hot popcorn to the large mixing bowl, drizzle the melted butter over it, sprinkle the salt, and toss gently with the spatula until evenly coated.
Time: PT2M
Cool and Serve
Spread the seasoned popcorn on a baking sheet and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Once cooled, serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
Time: PT5M
