Instructions
Prepare the meat filling
In a mixing bowl combine ground beef, minced garlic, minced ginger, sliced scallions, salt, pepper, Chinese five‑spice, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Mix thoroughly until the seasoning is evenly distributed.
