- 0.25 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (optional, for heat)
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
- 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce (plain or pizza sauce)
- 4 slices Salami (thinly sliced)
- 0.25 medium Tomato (thinly sliced)
- 0.5 cup Fresh Spinach (roughly chopped)
Instructions
Soak First Tortilla
Pour 1 cup of water into a shallow bowl and briefly dip one tortilla until it softens (about 5 seconds).

Heat the non‑stick skillet over low heat. Place the softened tortilla in the pan, then crack the two eggs onto the tortilla.
