- 200 g Smoked chorizo or smoked sausage (sliced)

- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning (cajun spice blend)

- 0.5 tsp Black pepper (freshly ground pepper)
- 200 g Tomato purée (without chunks)
- 500 ml Chicken broth (unsalted preferably)
- 200 g Raw peeled shrimp (pink when cooked)
- 2 tbsp Fresh chopped parsley (for finishing)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions
Vegetable preparation
Core the pepper, dice it, slice the onion, garlic, celery and chives.

Sauté the vegetables
In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp olive oil over medium heat, add the onion, pepper, garlic, celery and chives. Sauté for 5 minutes until tender.

Brown the meat
Add the chicken dice and sliced chorizo. Brown for 5 minutes stirring, until the chicken is lightly colored.
