- 4 pieces Bell Peppers (any color, tops cut off and seeds removed)
- 1 pound Ground Beef (80% lean, fresh)
- 1 medium Onion (diced)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 cup Cooked Rice (leftover rice or freshly cooked)
- ½ cup Tomato Sauce (any marinara or pasta sauce)
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil (for sautéing)

Instructions
Prepare the Bell Peppers
Slice off the tops of the bell peppers, remove the seeds and membranes, and set the hollow shells aside.
