Ingredients

Instructions
Combine Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, add 3 ¾ cups (450 g) bread flour, 2 ¼ teaspoons instant yeast, and 1 ¾ teaspoons kosher salt. Stir with a wooden spoon until evenly distributed.
