- 1 Large Onion (peeled, ends trimmed, core removed to create a cavity)
- 4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter (softened, cut into small pieces)
- 1 tsp Tony's Essential Salt (or any kosher/sea salt)
- 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
- 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
- 0.5 tsp Harissa Spice
- 0.5 tsp Ground Cumin
- 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground if possible)
- 0.5 tsp Onion Powder
- 0.5 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 sheet Aluminum Foil (large enough to wrap the onion)

Preheat Oven
Set the oven to 375°F and allow it to fully preheat.
