- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil (extra‑virgin, for drizzling)
- 200 g Asparagus (trimmed, cut into 2‑inch pieces)
- 150 g Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- 200 g Orzo Pasta (dry, uncooked)
- 60 g Fresh Spinach (roughly chopped)
- 60 g Mascarpone Cheese (room temperature, 4 Tbsp)
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Basil (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Chives (chopped)
- ½ tsp Salt (to taste)
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)

Preheat Oven
Set the oven to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat while you prepare the ingredients.

Prep Vegetables
Trim the woody ends off the asparagus and cut into 2‑inch pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
