- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil (extra‑virgin recommended for flavor)
- 30 g Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated Parmigiano‑Reggiano)
- 1 tsp Paprika (smoked paprika adds depth; regular paprika works too)
- 0.5 tsp Salt (kosher or sea salt)
- 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions
Boil Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil, add the dried pasta and cook until al dente, about 8‑10 minutes.

Drain Pasta
Drain the pasta in a colander and give it a quick shake to remove excess water; do not rinse.

Season Pasta
