- 1 medium Onion (peeled and chopped)
- 6 cloves Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 1 pound Pinto Beans (dry) (soak 6‑8 hours, drain before adding)
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Salt (add to taste)
- 8 cups Water
Instructions
Brown the Ground Beef
