Ingredients
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour (sifted)
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley (or any dried herb you like)
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter (cold, cut into small pieces for the dough)
- 1.5 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded (about 6 oz))
- 3/4 cup Milk (can use buttermilk for extra tang)
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter (melted, for brushing the tops)

Preheat Oven
Set the oven to 425°F (220°C) and let it preheat while you prepare the dough.

Combine Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and dried parsley until evenly distributed.
