- 2 cups Whole Milk (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream (full‑fat for richness)
- 3 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded; 2 cups in sauce, 1 cup on top)
- 4 cups Egg Noodles (cooked, drained; any size works)
- 2 cups Rotisserie Chicken (shredded meat only, skin removed)
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper (freshly ground)

Sauté Onions
