- 4 slices Ham (thinly sliced deli ham)
- 4 slices Salami (thinly sliced deli salami)
- 4 slices Pepperoni (thinly sliced deli pepperoni)
- 0.25 medium onion Onion (thinly sliced)
- 0.5 medium tomato Tomato (diced)
- 2 Tbsp Banana Peppers (sliced)
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise (regular mayo)
- 1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
- 1 Tbsp Italian Dressing
- 0.5 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 slices Provolone Cheese
- 2 pieces Sub Roll or Bun (soft hoagie roll or bun)
- 2 squares Parchment Paper (for wrapping)
Instructions
Prepare Vegetables and Meats
On a cutting board, shred the lettuce, thinly slice the ham, salami and pepperoni if not already sliced, thinly slice the onion, dice the tomato, and slice the banana peppers. Toss everything together in a mixing bowl and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, red (or white) wine vinegar, Italian dressing, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth and well blended.

Assemble the Sandwich
Slice each roll horizontally, place a slice of provolone on the bottom half, pile on the lettuce‑meat‑vegetable mixture, drizzle the prepared dressing over the top, add the second slice of provolone if desired, and close the roll.
