- 1/4 cup Fruit Juice from Soaked Dry Fruits (Strain the soaking water; use as liquid in batter)

Instructions
Soak the Dry Fruits
Place the mixed dry fruits in a bowl, cover with warm water and let them soak for 10 minutes. After soaking, drain and reserve the liquid; set the fruits aside.
