Instructions
Boil Potatoes
Place the peeled potatoes in a large pot, cover with cold water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium and simmer for 25 minutes until just semi‑cooked.

Drain the potatoes and let them sit for about 5 minutes until cool enough to handle but still warm.
