- 2 oz Doritos Nacho Cheese Flavored Tortilla Chips (crushed, about 1 cup)
- 8 oz Ground Beef (lean, 90% lean)
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning Packet (store-bought)
- 0.5 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (pre-shredded)
- 0.25 cup Lettuce (shredded)
- 2 tbsp Salsa (mild or medium)
- 1 bag Plastic Snack Bag (large enough to hold ingredients)
Instructions
Cook the meat
Heat the skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, break it up, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat, add taco seasoning and a splash of water, stir and simmer for 2 minutes.
