Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breast Fillets (about 6 oz each, skinless, boneless)
- 1 spray Olive Oil Spray (light coating for greasing and seasoning)
- 1 tsp Salt (kosher or table salt)
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tsp Paprika (sweet or smoked, for color and flavor)
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder (granulated garlic)
- 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme (optional herb for extra aroma)
Instructions
Flatten the Chicken
Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound with a meat mallet or rolling pin until the thickness is uniform, about 1/2 inch.
