- 2 cup Water (for boiling the noodles)
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil (can use canola or sunflower oil)
- 2 clove Garlic (minced)
- 1 piece Green Chili (sliced thin; adjust to heat preference)
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder (optional, for color)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- 0 to taste Salt (optional, adjust based on taste)
- 1 slice Cheese Slice (optional, grated on top for extra richness)
Instructions
Gather & Prep Ingredients
Measure water, open the Maggi packet, mince garlic, slice the green chili, and chop the coriander leaves.

Sauté Garlic & Chili
Heat oil in the frying pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sliced green chili; sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
