Instructions

  1. Roast Lotus Seeds

    Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the lotus seeds and stir continuously, roasting for about 3 minutes until lightly golden and crisp. Ensure they do not burn.

    Transfer the roasted lotus seeds to a bowl and let them cool completely.
