- 1 cup Refried Beans (Canned, drained and warmed)
- 2 peppers Chipotle Peppers in Adobo (Remove seeds for less heat if desired)
- 0.5 cup Tomato Sauce (Plain, no added herbs)
- 2 tbsp Water (Adjust for desired sauce thickness)
- 1 clove Garlic (Minced)
- 0.25 cup Onion (Finely diced)
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Black Pepper
- 0.5 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 Avocado (Sliced)
- 0.5 cup Tomato (Diced)
- 0.5 cup Lettuce (Shredded)
- 4 Tostada Shells (Corn or flour shells)
Instructions
Prep All Ingredients
Gather all ingredients. Dice the onion, mince the garlic, slice the avocado, dice the tomato, and shred the lettuce. Open the canned beans and set aside.
