- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Oregano (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Rosemary (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons Key Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 tablespoons Hemp Seeds (organic, shelled)
- 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds (lightly toasted)
- 2 tablespoons Avocado Oil (cold‑pressed, extra‑virgin)
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger (grated)

Instructions
Prepare the Greens
Remove kale stems, tear kale into bite‑size pieces, roughly chop lettuce and dandelion greens, then place all greens into the large mixing bowl.
