Instructions
Preheat Oven and Roast Nuts
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread the hazelnuts and almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 10‑12 minutes, stirring halfway through for even color.

Remove Hazelnut Skins
