Instructions
Prepare dry ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine 20g all-purpose flour, 0.5 tsp baking powder, 12g whey protein powder, 3g casein protein powder (or 15g total whey or blend), 40g granular erythritol, 0.5 tsp cinnamon, 0.125 tsp nutmeg, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly until evenly combined.
