- 1 cup Low-Fat Milk (2% milk)
- 4 oz Low-Fat Cream Cheese (softened, 2% fat)
- 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped, flat‑leaf)
- 1 medium Onion (diced)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 0.5 cup Pasta Water (reserved from cooking pasta)
Instructions
Boil Pasta
Fill a large pot with water, add a generous pinch of salt, bring to a rolling boil, then add the pasta and cook for 8 minutes until al dente.

Reserve Pasta Water and Drain
Before draining, scoop out 1/2 cup of the starchy pasta water, then pour the pasta into a colander to drain.
