Ingredients
- 1.5 cup Chili Powder (Base spice; smoked chili powder can be used for a deeper flavor)
- 2 tablespoon Garlic Powder (Granulated garlic; can substitute with fresh minced garlic (use less salt))
- 2 tablespoon Ground Cumin (Toasted cumin adds extra aroma if available)
- 1 tablespoon Onion Powder (Optional but adds depth)
- 0.125 cup Salt (Use regular table salt; if using kosher salt, increase to 0.25 cup)
Instructions
Measure Chili Powder
Place 1.5 cups of chili powder into the mixing bowl.

Add Remaining Spices
Add 2 tbsp garlic powder, 2 tbsp ground cumin, 1 tbsp onion powder, and 1/8 cup regular salt (or 1/4 cup kosher salt) to the bowl.
