- 0.75 tsp Cream of Tartar (helps stabilize egg whites)
- 0.25 tsp Salt (fine sea salt)
- 0.25 tsp Garlic Powder (optional, for flavor on top)

Preheat Oven
Set the oven to 300°F and let it fully preheat before baking.

Separate Eggs
Crack each egg on the side of the counter, then separate the whites into the small bowl and the yolks into the large bowl, being careful not to let any yolk touch the whites.
