- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (full‑fat, shredded)
- 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil (for sautéing meat)
- 2 pieces Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning (dried blend)
- 0.5 tsp Salt (to taste)
- 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- 0.25 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional, for heat)
Instructions
Slice and Salt Zucchini
Trim the ends off the zucchini and slice lengthwise into 1/8‑inch strips. Lay the strips on a paper towel, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for 10 minutes to draw out moisture. Pat dry with another towel before using.
