- 2 cups Spaghetti Sauce (store‑bought marinara or Italian sauce)
- 1 cup Diced Tomatoes (canned, drained)
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream (full‑fat, for layering)
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese (softened, cubed)
- 8 ounces Mozzarella Cheese (shredded, divided (half for layers, half for topping))
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated, for garnish)

Prepare Ingredients
Dice the onion and bell pepper, mince the garlic, remove sausage casings and crumble the sausage, grate the mozzarella, cube the cream cheese, and beat the egg lightly.
