Instructions
Make Marinade
In a mixing bowl combine lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, and olive oil. Add the chicken thighs, toss to coat thoroughly, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
