Instructions
Rinse Sushi Rice
Place the sushi rice in a fine mesh sieve and rinse under cold running water, stirring with your hand, until the water runs clear.

Cook Rice
Transfer the rinsed rice to a rice cooker or pot, add 5.5 L water, and cook without adding salt or oil. If using a pot, bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.

Season Cooked Rice
