Instructions
Preheat the oven
Turn on the oven to fan mode at 180 °C and let it heat for about 5 minutes.

Mix the liquid ingredients
In a bowl, crack the egg, add the sugar, the vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and whisk until the mixture lightens slightly. Then incorporate the sunflower oil and the milk.

In another bowl, sift the flour, the unsweetened cocoa and the baking powder to avoid lumps.
