- 0.5 tsp Tomato Paste (smooth)
- 1 tsp Unsalted Butter (melted)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil (extra virgin)
- 1 tsp Salt (fine sea salt)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tbsp Thyme (heaped, dried or fresh)
Instructions
Prepare Ingredients
Juice the onion by pressing it through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a small bowl. Measure all spices, yogurt, tomato paste, butter, and olive oil.

Place the chicken breasts, thighs, and the juiced onion into the food processor. Pulse until the mixture becomes a smooth, homogenous paste.
