- 2 tsp Liquid Honey (drizzle on butter)
- 0.5 tsp Dried Oregano (sprinkle over butter)
- 3 cloves Garlic (thinly sliced)
- 0.5 medium Onion (thinly sliced with mandolin)
- 1 sprig Fresh Rosemary (leaves stripped, lightly roasted)
- 5 leaves Fresh Basil Leaves (whole leaves for garnish)
- a few sprigs Edible Flowers (optional garnish)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil (for sautéing garlic)
- a pinch Freshly Ground Black Pepper (final seasoning)
- 8 slices Artisan Sourdough Bread (for serving, toasted if desired)
Instructions
Preheat Oven
Set the oven to 150°C (300°F) and allow it to preheat.

Place the rosemary sprig on a baking sheet and roast for 2 minutes, then remove and strip the leaves.
