- 400 g Extra‑Lean Beef Mince (80% lean, preferably grass‑fed)
- 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
- 0.5 tsp Onion Powder
- 0.5 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 Onion (Half a medium onion, diced finely for the meat mixture)
- 4 Mini Tortillas (6‑inch flour or corn mini‑tortillas)
- 4 slices Cheddar Cheese (Sharp cheddar, sliced thin)
- 1 cup Lettuce (Shredded iceberg or romaine)
- 0.25 Red Onion (Thinly sliced for topping)
- 4 slices Pickles (Dill pickle slices)
- 2 tbsp Burger Sauce (Store‑bought or mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, and a dash of Worcestershire)
Instructions
Season the Beef
Place the 400 g of extra‑lean beef mince into a mixing bowl. Add black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and the half diced onion. Mix gently until just combined; avoid over‑mixing.

Form Meat Bowls
Divide the seasoned meat into four equal portions and shape each into a shallow bowl or patty about the size of a mini tortilla.

Prep Toppings
While the meat rests, shred the lettuce, thinly slice the remaining red onion, and set pickle slices and burger sauce within easy reach.

Heat the Skillet
Place the skillet over high heat and let it become very hot (around 200‑220 °C).
