- 1 pack Dried Ramen Noodles (standard 3‑oz package)
- 1 large Egg (room temperature)
- 1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (shredded, mild)
- 1/4 cup Fresh Onion (diced small)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
Instructions
Preheat Grill
Set the Blackstone pellet grill to 270°F and allow it to preheat.

Season Chuck Roast
Pat the chuck roast dry, then rub evenly with salt and black pepper.

Smoke the Roast
Place the seasoned roast on the grill, insert the wireless thermometer, and smoke until the internal temperature reaches 160°F, about 3 hours.

Transfer to Dutch Oven
Remove the roast, place it in a Dutch oven, add 4 cups of water and one biria bomb.
