- 2 Bell Peppers (any colors, diced (red and green recommended))
- 1 can (14.5 oz) Diced Tomatoes (undrained)
- 1 can (28 oz) Crushed Tomatoes (undrained)
- 4 cups Chicken Broth (low-sodium)
- 1 cup White Rice (rinsed)
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Dried Basil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
Instructions
Prep Vegetables
Dice the onion, mince the garlic, and cut the bell peppers into bite‑size pieces. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

Brown Meat
